We are currently looking for a Associate Repair Technician to join our Repair Center team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in industrial engineering, production environments, testing, and electronics repair, who are eager to develop their technical expertise in a structured, quality-driven environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies, ensuring all work meets established technical and quality standards.
- Perform repairs and testing of mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Work from technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and instructions to execute repair and testing activities
- Diagnose, isolate, and resolve product malfunctions in a production/repair environment
- Disassemble, clean, refurbish, and reassemble product components
- Support and execute functional and diagnostic testing, including logging and reporting results
- Ensure all activities comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures and workplace safety guidelines
- Build understanding of product lines, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures
- Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Participate in on-the-job and formal technical training programs
- Support continuous improvement and assist with additional projects as needed.
- High School Diploma, Technical Diploma, or equivalent
- Initial experience (0–2 years) in production, testing, repair, or manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly and repair
- Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems and diagnostics
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position is 5,100.00 PLN gross to 7,300.00 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
