The Director of Global Real Estate & Operations is responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction for the company’s worldwide real estate portfolio. including overseeing the strategic planning, acquisition, development, and management of the company’s real estate portfolio across all regions. This role ensures that real estate assets align with the organizational objectives, maximize value, and support business growth worldwide. The director collaborates with leadership, regional teams, and external partners to deliver high-performing, cost-effective, and sustainable real estate solutions.

  • Ensure global implementation of the real estate strategy that supports the company’s business objectives, operational needs, and long-term growth plans.
  • Oversee the acquisition, leasing, disposition, and management of all owned and leased properties, ensuring optimal utilization and return on investment.
  • Collaborate in the planning and execution of real estate projects, including site selection, construction, renovation, and relocation initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, landlords, brokers, and governmental entities.
  • Negotiate complex real estate transactions, including lease agreements, purchase contracts, and service provider arrangements.
  • Monitor global real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to identify opportunities and mitigate potential challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding real estate operations and transactions.
  • In collaboration, develop and manage the global real estate budget, controlling costs and optimizing capital expenditures.
  • Implement sustainable and environmentally responsible real estate practices to support the company’s ESG goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, project status, and strategic recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • min. 10 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate management, including international and multi-site portfolio oversight.
  • Proven track record of strategic leadership, project management, and successful negotiation of major real estate transactions, typically 4-6 years.
  • Strong understanding of global real estate markets, financial analysis, and compliance requirements.
  • Highly experienced in working with data, driving analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and matrixed organization.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Fluent business English (Written and spoken).
  • Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
