Senior International Budgeting Specialist

Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior International Budgeting Specialist to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will support the financial planning and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities   

• Verify the accuracy of daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal budgeting guidelines
• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of the annual organizational budget
• Maintain consistent communication with all departments to gather relevant budgeting information
• Analyze and review budgets at both departmental and organizational levels
• Participate in variance analysis and reporting to support financial decision-making
• Develop and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant work experience in budgeting, accounting, or financial planning
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and budgeting best practices
• Proficient in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to explain complex financial data in clear, simple terms
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
• Language proficiency: Armenian, English, and Russian (written and verbal)
