Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support high-load, scalable applications and services
• Analyze existing systems for performance bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Lead code reviews and drive engineering excellence across the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new business solutions
• Map business processes to efficient data models and algorithms
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging backend technologies and best practices
• Troubleshoot and maintain legacy systems while improving code quality and performance
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies
• Proven experience building and supporting high-load SaaS systems
• Expertise with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and in-memory data stores (e.g., Redis)
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server—including schema design and performance tuning
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their real-world applications
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and development automation tools
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in complex, distributed environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and drive for technical excellence
