Manager, HR Business Partner

• →Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters, including complaints, concerns, and workplace conflicts
• →Conduct impartial investigations and recommend appropriate, compliant resolutions
• →Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• →Support performance management processes, including coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations
• →Ensure consistent application of company policies and practices across the organization
• →Facilitate conflict resolution, mediation, and corrective action planning
• →Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and case documentation
• →Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
• →Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and partner on policy updates
• →Collaborate across HR functions (HRBPs, Tier 1, Tier 2, and leadership) to improve processes, standardization, and the HR operating model

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-7 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices across multiple geographies
• Experience supporting investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Ability to interpret policies and make decisions aligned with company standards and legal requirements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
• Experience working in a matrixed or international organization preferred
• Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Oracle HRIS) and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication skills with strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
• Collaborative, resilient, and adaptable approach with a problem-solving mindset
