As a key member of the Finance Transformation team, the Training & Change Director will drive adoption of finance transformation initiatives by leading enterprise-wide training, change management, and communication strategies. This role translates complex finance initiatives into clear, practical programs and messaging, ensuring seamless implementation, strong stakeholder alignment, and a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability across the Finance organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of comprehensive training programs for Finance, including e-learning, instructor-led sessions, and supporting materials 

  • Identify training needs through collaboration with Finance leaders, HR, and regional teams, using surveys, interviews, and assessments 

  • Design and implement change management strategies to support finance transformation initiatives and ensure successful adoption 

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and drive stakeholder engagement and buy-in 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate training and change activities into project plans and ensure consistent execution 

  • Track and measure effectiveness of training and change initiatives, recommending improvements as needed 

  • Coach managers and leaders to guide teams through change and maximize adoption 

  • Develop and manage communication strategies, including stakeholder updates, global/regional messaging, and SharePoint content 

  • Create, maintain, and enhance SOPs and program content to drive consistency, clarity, and operational efficiency 

  • Ensure all content, communications, and programs align with enterprise messaging, branding, and best practices

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Learning & Development, or related field (Master’s preferred) 

  • 8+ years of experience leading training, change, and transformation initiatives in global organizations 

  • Strong expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and instructional design principles 

  • Proven ability to design and deliver training programs using diverse methodologies (e.g., digital, instructor-led, experiential learning) 

  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable messaging 

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, HR, and business teams 

  • Proficiency with communication, training, and change management tools and analytics platforms 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail 

  • Certifications in Change Management and/or Instructional Design strongly preferred
