As a AI Content Strategist, you will sit at the crossroads of strategy, creativity, and AI innovation. You will design, guide, and scale content strategies powered by generative AI, ensuring that brands communicate with relevance, authenticity, and measurable impact across social, creator, and digital ecosystems.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both content strategy fundamentals and the practical, ethical, and creative use of AI tools in real-world agency environments.
Responsibilities
~1 min readDevelop AI-powered content strategies aligned with brand objectives, audience insights, and platform dynamics (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, etc.).
Define content frameworks, messaging systems, and narrative architectures that scale through generative AI.
Translate business goals into AI-driven content use cases (always-on, campaign, UGC, creator collaborations).
Design and optimize prompts, workflows, and systems for text, image, video, and audio generation.
Select and manage AI tools (LLMs, image/video generators, copilots, automation tools) to enhance content ideation and production.
Guide teams on how to combine AI-generated outputs with human creativity for high-quality results.
Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all AI-assisted content.
Collaborate with creative, social, influencer, and performance teams to integrate AI into day-to-day content production.
Review, refine, and elevate AI-generated content to meet agency and client standards.
Define KPIs and evaluation frameworks for AI-driven content.
Analyze performance data and continuously optimize prompts, formats, and outputs.
Apply learnings to improve efficiency, engagement, and creative effectiveness.
Establish best practices, guidelines, and guardrails for responsible AI usage.
Ensure compliance with copyright, data protection, and platform policies.
Educate internal teams and clients on ethical, transparent, and effective AI use.
Stay ahead of AI trends, tools, and platform updates.
Run internal workshops, playbooks, and training sessions on generative AI for content.
Act as a thought partner for clients exploring AI-powered content strategies.
