RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You'll Be Doing-
- Campaign Management & Execution
- Build, launch, and manage full-funnel digital media campaigns platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
- Develop audience strategies, keyword research, and testing roadmaps
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure efficient spend and alignment with client goals
- Strategy & Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion volume. Write clear, thoughtful insights that go beyond reporting metrics to explain the "why" behind performance
- Deliver strategic recommendations rooted in data and focused on driving measurable business outcomes
- Identify new growth opportunities and proactively bring ideas to the table
- This is not a "set it and forget it" role. We're looking for someone who treats campaigns like their own business and is constantly thinking about how to improve them.
QUALIFICATIONS:
What You Bring to the Table-
- Required
- 7+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns
- Deep experience running campaigns in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Experience in healthcare or higher education marketing
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights, including strong Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail—you notice the small stuff before it becomes big stuff
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Proactive communication—you raise issues and surface insights before being asked
- Ability to independently manage workload and meet deadlines
- Solutions-oriented—you approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable owning performance and making data-driven decisions
- Preferred
- Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising (Trade Desk experience a plus), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid media platforms
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- A team player who believes collaboration makes work (and life) better
- Down-to-earth, easy to work with, and open to feedback
- A critical thinker who asks smart questions and uses common sense
- Proactive and self-directed—you don't wait to be told what to do next
