You’re a hands-on engineering leader who loves building high‑performing teams and modern software that customers truly value. In this role, you’ll lead agile engineering teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality products while actively shaping how AI accelerates software development.
You’ll combine strong technical foundations with people leadership, coaching engineers to do their best work and using AI‑powered tools to raise the bar for developer productivity, software quality, and delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities

- →Champion engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and measurable delivery outcomes.
- →Drive the adoption of AI‑assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, documentation, and design decisions.
- →Partner closely with product managers, architects, and other engineering leaders to align technical delivery with business goals.
- →Lead complex technical and cross‑functional initiatives from concept to production.
- →Shape a modern, AI‑driven developer experience that encourages learning, experimentation, and innovation.
- Overall around 10 years, with close to 5+ years’ experience Leading / managing software engineering teams.
- Proven success leading agile teams delivering high‑quality, scalable software.
- Strong hands‑on technical background with React, Node.js, TypeScript, relational databases (MySQL), and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid understanding of modern software architecture, design principles, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with AI‑assisted engineering tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude AI, Cursor AI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- A customer‑first mindset, ensuring user needs guide technical decisions.
- Experience implementing or scaling AI‑enhanced engineering workflows.
- Passion for AI‑driven software development and continuous learning.
- Confidence mentoring engineers on using AI tools effectively and ethically.
- Enthusiasm for redefining developer productivity through automation and human‑AI collaboration.
