Instructional - SC-Teacher Assistant

Elementary Paraprofessional (Pre-K4–3rd Grade) Holy Family School Holy Family School is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic paraprofessional to support our teachers and students in grades Pre-K4 through 3rd. This is a great position for someone who loves working with children, enjoys being part of a faith-filled school community, and is ready to jump in wherever help is needed. What You’ll Do Assist classroom teachers with daily lessons and activities Work with individual students and small groups Help students stay focused, organized, and engaged Support students with academic, behavioral, and social needs Prepare classroom materials, copies, and displays Supervise students during recess, lunch, arrival, and dismissal Help maintain a safe, positive, and welcoming classroom environment Encourage students to live out Catholic values such as kindness, respect, and responsibility Pitch in with other duties as needed throughout the school day What We’re Looking For A love for working with children Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependability and willingness to help wherever needed Respect for and support of the mission of Catholic education Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or college coursework in education is a plus Why You’ll Love Working Here At Holy Family School, we are more than just a school—we are a family.
