Role location: Remote (UK based)
This position is part of the Commercial Partnerships & Enablement Department, and while remote, it may require attendance at occasional business meetings in our Manchester office.

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Managed Services UK and Ireland team on a 12 months fixed term contract. As Sales Support Specialist at Hologic, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with our customers, both internally and externally, ensuring seamless contract management, and delivering exceptional service throughout the contract lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support complex contract management and assist in optimizing supplier relationships by contributing to team activities
- Foster and maintain trusted relationships at all levels, present data clearly using appropriate tools
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Support complaint management through documentation and resolution activities, escalating issues when needed, and working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Understanding of B2B selling environments, including both public and private sector contexts
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of contract management and supplier relationships
- Awareness of sales transaction processes and the workflow for engaging with suppliers
- Understanding the basics of complaint management and resolution procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teamwork between field-based Sales teams, and office-based support teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment
- Proactive in pursuing continuous improvement opportunities; with a desire to learn more by analysing past performance to determine where things could be enhanced
