  • Strategic Data Leadership: Lead the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) investment plan and data strategy to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Drive the Roadmap: Partner with the Gurugram engineering team to translate technical research into production-ready services and prioritize infrastructure roadmaps that unblock feature teams.
  • Delivery Strategic Outcomes: Oversee the optimization of EDW operations, manage engineering queues, and coordinate critical initiatives like billing data integration.
  • Stakeholder Advocacy & Change Management: Act as the "voice of the business" to drive wide-scale adoption of platform services and standardize analytics tools across PM teams.
  • Data Strategy & Product Experience: 2–3 years of proven success driving enterprise data roadmaps. You possess the technical literacy to navigate APIs, EDW architectures, and product analytics with ease.
  • Modern Data Stack Proficiency:
    • Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks, including a solid understanding of cloud cost optimization (FinOps).
    • Governance & Compliance: Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) or experience implementing data lineage and metadata management frameworks.

  • Stakeholder Management: A skilled navigator of complex relationships across Engineering, BI, and Executive leadership, with a talent for aligning overlapping scopes and shared goals.
  • Operational Excellence: An expert at queue management and process definition, dedicated to improving the quality of engineering outputs through rigorous grooming and bug-catching.
  • Strategic & Adaptive Thinking: The capability to redefine your role as business needs shift—specifically the ability to transition from a purely technical focus to a stakeholder-facing advocacy role.
  • Legal Tech Domain Expertise: Prior experience working with e-discovery, legal hold software, or enterprise risk management platforms.
  • Technical Certifications: Professional certifications in modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake SnowPro Core, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, or Databricks Certified Associate).
  • Software Engineering Background: A past life as a developer or data engineer, specifically working with Python, SQL, or Scala, to better partner with the engineering team.
  • Customer Focus & Insight: Deeply understand user needs and pain points through research to guide product decisions.
  • Strategic Clarity: Create and communicate clear direction aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Delivery of Top Priorities: Drive high-quality and timely delivery of the most important new products and experiences.
