About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at Discovery Point - Towne Lake as a 2-Year-Old Teacher! In this rewarding role, you will nurture and educate young children in a supportive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Implementing appropriate lesson plans for 2-year-olds
Foster a safe and welcoming classroom environment
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play. Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Supervise children during activities and ensure their safety
Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance their learning experience.
Stay up to date with state-required training.

Requirements:

12 months of experience working with children in a BFTS Licensed Childcare Center.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching
CPR and First Aid certification required (we will help you get this)
Background check clearance required
Ability to work from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday
CDA or TCC preferred but not necessary.
