  • Event Scheduling: Work alongside the Event Sales Representative to ensure calendars align, maximizing time windows and output for both internal and external events. 
  • Event Creation: Strategize and execute creative events focused on driving attendance, sales, and revenue. 
  • Event Details Coordination: Create and verify event-specific information such as dates, times, items needed, holidays, and more. Ensure all details are documented for smooth execution.
  • Liaison with Onsite Staff: Work closely with the onsite restaurant team to ensure event details are communicated clearly and understood. Provide all necessary instructions to ensure the event is executed without issues.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, maintaining event schedules, and organizing event documentation.
  • Assisting Events Team: Assist with various duties such as distributing flyers to local companies, gaining proficiency in our event management software to enhance efficiency and provide support for event coordination, conducting market research on competitors to help identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our offerings, etc. 

Requirements

  • Required; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. This position will share duties alongside the Event Sales Representative
  • Preferred; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred, ideally in event management or customer service.
  • Ability to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative events to drive revenue
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva or similar software.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on varied tasks as needed.
