MS Full Stack Angular Engineer
Quick Summary
MS Full Stack Angular Engineer District Partners is leading the search for 4 software engineers focused on supporting a large,
This organization has the operational stability of an established market player and the financial commitment to close the gap between where its technology is today and where the business needs it to be. Several platforms critical to future scalability are still in design or early build, which means the engineers who join now are contributing to architecture, not inheriting it. The challenge is real: a broad set of systems must evolve quickly across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment without compromising operational continuity. This role exists because execution has started and the team needs experienced engineers who can accelerate delivery while also having a voice in how things get built.
The client is a large, multi-location enterprise operating across diverse business functions with technology teams supporting a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Development teams work within an Agile environment that values practical problem-solving, engineering accountability, and the kind of collaboration that moves decisions forward rather than around them. The organization has the resources of an established business and the momentum of one that is actively reinvesting in its own infrastructure.
- Designing and building full-stack solutions that advance both near-term operational needs and longer-term platform strategy, with primary depth on the .NET backend and meaningful Angular contribution on the frontend
- Developing modern, high-performance single-page application interfaces using Angular 19 and TypeScript
- Architecting and implementing RESTful APIs and service-layer components that connect an expanding internal platform ecosystem
- Contributing to technical design and architecture decisions at a stage where those inputs still shape outcomes
- Driving software quality through disciplined testing, maintainable code standards, and documentation that actually serves the next engineer
- Supporting production system reliability while simultaneously contributing to active new platform development
This is a hands-on environment where engineers carry real scope across the full development lifecycle, from requirements and design through deployment and production support. Teams are managing a concurrent mix of new development and ongoing platform enhancement, which means prioritization matters and ambiguity is a condition of the work, not an exception to it. Success here requires people who communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, move with intention under competing priorities, and bring enough experience to contribute without needing everything defined in advance.
- Enterprise-scale fullstack development experience with strong .NET backend proficiency and production-level Angular depth, specifically Angular 19 or equivalent current-generation framework experience
- Demonstrated expertise designing and implementing REST APIs, service-oriented architectures, and integration patterns across complex, multi-system environments
- Solid foundation in relational database design and query optimization at enterprise scale
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD automation within modern DevOps workflows
- Background contributing to technical architecture discussions and design reviews, not just executing against them
- Experience operating within large organizations with established development processes, multi-stakeholder dynamics, and delivery accountability
- A professional commitment to code quality, test coverage, and documentation as a standard of work rather than a secondary obligation
- Compensation: $140,000 to $210,000 total target compensation, depending on experience and overall fit
- Location: East Coast metro area preferred
- Work Model: Remote
- Engagement Type: Direct Hire
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
