Account Services Representative

SOLO PRINTING is looking for an experienced Account Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential to daily operations, acting as the primary contact for customers and supporting internal production teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with customers, account executives, and production staff about project status, changes, timelines, and additional required information.

• Accurately gather and confirm all job requirements from customers before production.

• Enter detailed job instructions into manufacturing systems and verify proper job scheduling.

• Coordinate with vendors, production staff, and customers to ensure production quality and timely delivery.

• Identify and resolve customer job issues by collaborating with relevant departments and recommending solutions.

• Track final production runs and completed work to prepare accurate billing paperwork.

• Participate in daily production meetings and other activities to improve business performance.

• Maintain customer records by updating account and job-related information.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by Account Services Manager or Sales personnel.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, shipping departments, and carriers to expedite or track shipments.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• 1-3 years of customer service experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

• Experience in commercial printing is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
