Admissions Advisor

Basic Function • The Admissions Advisor (AA) acts as the initial assessor for student suitability for Gurnick Academy programs. • The AA screens students for acceptance using interviews, competency test scores, experience reviews, and academic requirements.

• Schedule appointments and tours with prospective students. • Interview candidates to evaluate motives, program fit, ability to manage academic demands, and personal circumstances. • Educate candidates on program nature and academic expectations.

• Admissions experience or support preferred. • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Skilled in recruitment, interviewing, and selection. • Experience with applicant tracking systems. • Strong interpersonal skills grounded in counseling and advisory roles.
