• Pipeline Management: Monitor localized workforce planning and staffing strategies to ensure robust candidate pipelines.
• Flawless Onboarding: Ensure high-touch field employee processes—orientation, arrival calls, first-day check-ins, and consistent quality assurance follow-ups—are executed perfectly.
Financial & Risk Compliance
• P&L Integrity: Monitor branch operational expenses, labor costs, gross margins, and overtime to maximize profitability.
• Safety First: Execute workplace risk-management programs, conduct safety-focused client facility visits, and partner with clients to mitigate risk exposure and prevent industrial accidents.
• Tech Efficiency: Leverage specialized staffing technology and reporting systems to maintain impeccable electronic data records and boost operational speed.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active auto insurance for regular local travel.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong background in business development and outside sales.
• Direct experience managing branch P&L, operational margins, and collections.
