📍Location: Manila, San Juan City

💰 Remuneration: 1,150 USD = 70,000 PHP

🏢 Work Modality & Location: On-site position At Transparent BPO, Inc. – GH Towers Office

🕒 Schedule & Availability Full availability required Includes night shifts and weekends (Manila Time Zone) Rotating shifts (assigned during the interview):

• 5:30 AM – 1:00 PM

• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

💡About the Role We are looking for truly exceptional, highly experienced nurses to join our innovative and fast-paced clinical advisory team. This role is based in a call center environment, where you will work closely with patients, providers, and health plan sponsors to support patient healthcare needs. Through telephonic medical management, you will help deliver high-quality, cost-effective clinical outcomes using approved processes, available resources, and advanced technology. The company uses an AI-powered tool that assists in recommending patient care steps after clinical data is entered.

✅Key Responsibilities

• Identify patient discomfort or concerns during phone interactions

• Follow multi-step workflows and decision-making flowcharts accurately

• Work both independently and collaboratively within the team

🎯Requirements & Skills

• Excellent telephone communication skills in English

• A nursing license is mandatory.

• Typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracy

• Strong computer and technical skills (evaluated during the interview)

• Ability to talk and type simultaneously

• Self-starter mindset with the ability to learn independently and through on-the-job training

• Comfortable working in an on-site call center environment
