📊 Financial Analyst — English C1

• Description: Highly analytical, results-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. Works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial and operational performance.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday — Base hours: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (CST)

• Responsibilities:

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across business units

• Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models and forecasting tools

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and executive summaries

• Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and decision-making

• Perform ad hoc financial analyses, including scenario and investment modeling

• Work with large volumes of data from multiple systems and reconcile discrepancies

• Support process improvement, automation, and system optimization initiatives

• Participate in financial system integrations and ensure data quality

• Manage and analyze information using tools such as Excel and Power BI

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• Preferred: 5+ years of experience (profiles with 3–4 years and strong analytical ability will be considered)

• Advanced Excel skills, financial modeling, and Power BI

• Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) is a plus

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills to present insights to stakeholders

• English proficiency at C1 level
