📍 Location: Chihuahua, Mexico (On-site) 🕘 Schedule: Monday to Friday \u007C 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

We are looking for a Personal Injury Case Manager to handle a high-volume caseload from start to finish in a fast-paced, client-focused legal environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities: • Manage personal injury cases end-to-end • Prepare legal documents and demand packages • Act as the point of contact between clients, attorneys, and insurance companies • Handle client communication (phone, email, in-person) • Resolve medical liens and billing issues • Maintain accurate and organized case records in digital systems

🎯 Requirements: • Advanced English (C1 – required) • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) • High attention to detail and organization • Ability to multitask in high-volume environments • Comfortable working with U.S. legal processes • Tech-savvy, paperless mindset

🛠️ Skills: • Excel & Outlook (basic/intermediate) • Fast typing and data accuracy • Time management & problem-solving • Professionalism and confidentiality
