📌 Responsabilidades:
• Gestionar procesos de reclutamiento end-to-end para diferentes posiciones.
• Búsqueda activa de talento (LinkedIn, bolsas de trabajo, referidos, etc.).
• Entrevistas en español e inglés.
• Evaluación de perfiles y coordinación con stakeholders.
• Seguimiento a candidatos durante todo el proceso.
• Mantener información actualizada en el ATS.
✅ Requisitos:
• Experiencia previa en reclutamiento (IT, corporativo, operativo o similar).
• Inglés avanzado (indispensable – entrevistas en inglés).
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
• Experiencia usando LinkedIn Recruiter u otras herramientas de sourcing.
• Capacidad para manejar múltiples procesos simultáneamente.
⭐ Deseable: Experiencia reclutando para mercados internacionales. Conocimiento de ATS. Background en staffing o consultoría de RRHH.
