📍 Location: ON SITE - Nairobi Kenia 💼 Employment Type: Full-time ⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday 3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (EAT) (Equivalent to 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CDT) Salary: 90.000 KES + 10.500 KES Transport Allowance

🔎 Job Summary We are seeking a Sourcing Team Lead to oversee daily sourcing operations, ensuring high-quality lead generation, strong conversion rates, and healthy candidate pipelines for high-volume recruiting needs. This role will drive team performance, provide coaching, and act as the main escalation point between sourcers and Talent Acquisition partners.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sourcing team, ensuring targets, quality, and timelines are met

• Assign and track daily/weekly sourcing goals

• Align sourcing strategies with hiring priorities and high-volume roles

• Analyze sourcing metrics (conversion rates, pipeline health, time to submission)

• Provide coaching on Boolean search, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement

• Act as escalation point for sourcing challenges and coordinate solutions

• Ensure compliance with SLAs and sourcing best practices

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

🧩 Requirements ✔️ 3–5 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment ✔️ OR 1–2 years of experience leading sourcing teams ✔️ Strong background in recruitment (must have) ✔️ US recruitment experience is a plus 🚫 Candidates from operations or customer service backgrounds only will not be considered ✔️ Excellent communication skills and strong verbal expression ✔️ Neutral accent required

💻 Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in talent mapping and advanced sourcing strategies

• Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, job boards

• Proficiency in Boolean search

• Ability to track and analyze sourcing metrics and KPIs
