At DKB Code Factory, we’re building the digital future of banking and none of it works without reliable, seamless IT operations behind the scenes. As one of our IT Operations Specialists, you’ll be the person who ensures that every new joiner is fully set up from day one, every device just works, and every colleague can focus on building great products instead of fighting IT friction.

You’ll join a modern SaaS-driven environment inside the stability of a major banking group, combining startup-like ownership with real operational scale. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, thinking systematically about processes, and continuously improving the way IT operations are delivered. Beyond day-to-day support, you’ll own critical operational workflows, drive automation opportunities, and help shape a scalable employee IT experience across our international locations.

You’ll own the core IT operations that keep our teams running smoothly:

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end IT onboarding experience, ensuring devices, accounts, licenses, and access are fully ready from Day 1
  • Act as the primary owner of employee lifecycle processes related to IT, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through offboarding
  • Provide hands-on IT support for macOS and Windows endpoints (on-site in Berlin and remotely)
  • Manage and maintain our MDM environment (Jamf) and Microsoft 365 / Azure AD user and access workflows
  • Support and coordinate IT operations for our Valencia office, working closely with local stakeholders and external service providers
  • Collaborate closely with HR Operations, Recruiting, Workplace teams, and our IT colleagues in Valencia to deliver a smooth employee experience
  • Keep our hardware, inventory, and license management running cleanly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Improve and maintain documentation in Confluence so colleagues can self-serve whenever possible
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of our IT operations setup as the organization grows internationally

Have the feeling you don’t match every single requirement? Don’t worry! We encourage you to apply anyways, even if your qualifications do not align perfectly. You might still be just the right candidate for us!
