Take ownership of a complex, high-impact product area where you’ll build your product craft end-to-end — from discovery to delivery — while working with strong engineering and UX partners. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own and continuously evolve the Product Roadmap, making priorities, milestones and cross-team dependencies transparent to stakeholders.
- →Maintain a continuously prioritized Product Backlog, ensuring user stories meet Definition of Ready with clear acceptance criteria and are aligned to roadmap objectives.
- →Lead and facilitate discovery activities (user research, prototyping, experiments) with UX and engineering to validate problems before building.
- →Drive delivery of customer-facing increments with measurable adoption and business impact; define and track success metrics and instrumentation.
- →Coordinate release planning, manage cross-team dependencies, and improve delivery predictability and throughput.
- →Reduce rework and time-to-value by improving requirements clarity, earlier validation and close collaboration with engineering and QA.
- →Champion data-informed prioritization and collaborate with stakeholders to balance customer value, technical sustainability and compliance.

Requirements
~1 min read- 3–7+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar role within software product delivery.
- Proven experience working in agile teams (Scrum and/or Kanban) and strong backlog management, prioritization, and refinement skills.
- Experience owning product roadmaps and coordinating cross-team dependencies and releases.
- Excellent user story writing and acceptance criteria definition.
- Demonstrable experience running discovery activities and partnering with UX and engineering to validate solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset; experience defining and tracking product KPIs and using analytics to drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working in cross-functional international teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). German is a plus but not required.
- Experience with API-driven software environments and familiarity with regulatory/compliance considerations in banking or financial services.
