As a key member of the team, you will have a direct and impactful role, potentially shaping the trajectory of the company. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to architect and design scalable AI systems.

Research, evaluate, and integrate new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure we are utilizing the most innovative and recent technologies in the market.

Oversee the deployment and maintenance of AI solutions using a stack that features Python, LLM libraries, AI third-party services, and AWS services.

Define and implement best practices for AI system architecture, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability.

Adapt quickly and efficiently to the rapidly evolving technological landscape, ensuring our AI solutions remain cutting-edge.

Develop a holistic vision for the application of AI, fostering and enhancing its use across the entire IT team.

Create and promote best practices, training programs, and frameworks to facilitate rapid adoption of AI technologies by all teams.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

+ 7 years of experience with Python programming language, LLM frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex), and interactive data apps (Streamlit, Gradio).

Extensive experience with Docker and container orchestration.

Proven expertise in applying scalability patterns (caching, parallelism, routing, asynchrony, decoupling, etc).

Deep familiarity with Architecture for LLM Applications and Prompt Engineering techniques/patterns.

Experience with DevOps best practices, including version control (Git), infrastructure as code (IaC), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Extensive experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Desirable experience with evaluation and observability of generative AI applications.

Fluent English proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this position.
