As our Delivery Solutions Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing the design and delivery of solutions for key clients, ensuring solution design of new merchants, new market expansion or new payment methods, operational excellence, and sustained client satisfaction. This role bridges cross‑functional teams, aligning client expectations with business priorities to deliver innovative payment solutions across global markets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and is deeply client‑centric.
  • Lead the solution design for complex opportunities: understand client business models, flows and constraints; translate them into scalable, compliant and operationally feasible payment solutions aligned with dLocal capabilities and risk appetite.
  • Anticipate and address client challenges during the deal and delivery cycle, proactively resolving issues to maintain satisfaction and trust.
  • Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams (Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Product, Operations, Tax, Treasury and Commercial) to design and deliver tailored solutions for the region.
  • Act as the regional advocate for Delivery Solutions, providing structured feedback on market‑specific solutions, challenges, opportunities and required roadmap/prioritization changes (products, markets, payment methods, risk/compliance frameworks).
  • Oversee a portfolio of complex deals in the region, ensuring clear segmentation (complex vs standard), proper triage and efficient resource allocation.
  • Use and continuously improve structured tools and processes (HubSpot, Jira, MPAD, pre‑deal checklist, CPQ) so that all deals follow a documented, repeatable path with clear ownership and SLAs.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to qualify opportunities, shape the delivery strategy and support pricing/structuring for complex deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering successful projects.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global, or regional role with multicultural teams.
  • 7+ years of experience in client delivery, project management, or operations, preferably within fintech, payments, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred.
  • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking, with a hands-on approach to complex business challenges and a focus on finding alternative solutions.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and action-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-changing environment, embracing continuous evolution.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Solid understanding of payments, cross-border transactions, and fintech ecosystems.
  • Curious, positive, and self-driven profile with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Technical knowledge and familiarity with AI and automation tools to drive efficiency and scale are a plus.
