As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will create innovative, sustainable, and functional site designs for a diverse clientele across the U.S. Collaborating with our integrated design teams, you will ensure that your designs enhance the architectural vision and improve human experience.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage workflow and projects effectively.
- →Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients within our integrated design process.
- →Create and coordinate documents using Autodesk CAD software.
- →Participate in the development and negotiation of contracts as well as service change request; and initiate review or approve modifications to plans.
- →Prepare planning and design solutions for sustainable project development, assisting through all design stages.
- →Develop site and landscape specifications.
- →Review shop drawings.
- →Conduct site visits.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
- 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in site master planning and site-specific design and construction.
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving, graphic communication, and attention to detail.
Requirements
~2 min read- Experience in designing sustainable sites, landscapes, and irrigation systems.
- Project management and construction experience.
- Site master planning experience.
- Familiarity with Autodesk CAD workflow and project production.
- Knowledge of LandFx, ArcGIS, and Adobe Creative Cloud software.
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D, Lumion, Enscape, and BIM (REVIT).
- Licensed Landscape Architect
