Decision Management Consultants is recruiting a Data Analyst for one of its clients, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources Analyze datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Develop dashboards and recurring performance reports Prepare executive-ready presentations and storytelling decks in PowerPoint Translate complex data into clear visual insights and recommendations Use Think-Cell effectively in PowerPoint presentations Support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc business reviews Collaborate with commercial and management teams on data requirements Maintain trackers and ensure data accuracy across all reports Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in preparing management or client presentations Strong Excel and data analysis skills Advanced PowerPoint and presentation creation skills Ability to visualize and communicate data insights clearly Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks Benefits Employee Benefits as per the UAE Labour Law
