Decision Management Consultants is recruiting a Retention/Conversion Agent for one of its clients operating in the Forex industry in Dubai, UAE. About Our Client Our client is a well-established Forex trading company based in Dubai, operating in a fast-paced and highly regulated financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Contact leads within minutes of their registration Guide clients through the registration process, KYC (Know Your Customer) document upload, and their first deposit Build long-term relationships with clients Encourage active traders to increase their equity/balance in order to trade larger volumes Provide daily market updates, technical analysis, and alerts related to high-volatility events Reconnect with and engage existing or inactive clients Requirements Proven track record in retention, re-activation, conversion, sales, or client recovery Experience in Forex, CFD, or trading is a strong advantage Strong ethical mindset with excellent closing skills Performance-driven professionals willing to work on-site in Dubai Ability to manage high-value UK clients and generate strong deposit volumes British nationals are welcome Benefits Competitive Salary Employee Benefits as per the UAE Labor Law
