About Our Client Our client is a well-established Forex trading company based in Dubai, operating in a fast-paced and highly regulated financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with existing Forex trading clients Act as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention Handle client inquiries professionally via phone, email, and online platforms Promote trading activity and introduce relevant products/services Negotiate effectively to retain clients and prevent account churn Monitor client performance and provide timely follow-ups Meet retention and revenue targets set by the company Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities Requirements Proven experience in Forex trading as a Retention or Relationship Manager Strong understanding of Forex markets and trading platforms Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Confident and professional phone etiquette Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships Target-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills Fluent English communication (spoken and written) Benefits Employee Benefits as per the UAE Labor Law
