As a Sr. Manager, Engineering, you will be leading one or more teams working on diverse projects across multiple regions of the globe. The work will involve a large range of technologies on different types of projects from transformational to customer facing. You will be working in a dynamic environment which is fast paced and requires the ability to react quickly and solve many different types of challenges.

Lead software development team(s)
Engage with stakeholders on a regular basis
Represent the team at cross-team meetings and initiatives
Work with other development teams, SMEs and technical leaders to solve challenging problems/designs
Help improve how the development teams do their work
Communicate directly with senior leaders and non-technical staff when needed
6+ years of experience in software development leadership roles
Strong Web Service & APIs knowledge and skills using Spring, Spring Boot
Excellent core Java and particularly server-side Java
Strong working experience with various database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch)
Must be able to document, present and articulate designs and technical decisions in front of teams and ideally business stakeholders
Proven technical, problem solving ability
BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or another related field
Knowledge of developing solutions using GCP & AWS services
Must be focused on achieving team goals
Detail orientated
Delivery focused
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts
Be innovative and passionate about emerging technologies
