As a FP&A Manager at DN, you will assume responsibility for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis across the business. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Technology and acting as a key partner to the Executive Team; you will provide insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making, financial discipline, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, leadership capabilities and a track record of building high-performing financial planning processes.

Lead company-wide annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and long-range strategic planning processes.

Deliver monthly management reporting, dashboards, and variance analysis while providing actionable insights to the business to support strategic objectives.

Prepare presentations that synthesize complex financial information into clear narratives.

Develop, maintain and improve dynamic financial models to support scenario planning, business cases and investment decisions.

Act as a strategic business partner to the Corporate Leadership Team, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive scalability.

Drive improvements in financial systems, tools and processes to enhance accuracy, scalability and automation.

Complete timely submission of deposits and ACH reports to financial institutions.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA Preferred).

5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance or related analytical roles.

Proven experience implementing and managing financial processes in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced Excel, financial modeling, analytical, and organizational skills.

Experience with large ERP and FP&A/CPM tools.

Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels of the organization.
