We provide the highest quality liquid storage design and construction services at the best long-term value with an unrivaled customer experience. As a FP&A Manager at DN, you will assume responsibility for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis across the business. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Technology and acting as a key partner to the Executive Team; you will provide insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making, financial discipline, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, leadership capabilities and a track record of building high-performing financial planning processes. 
  • Lead company-wide annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and long-range strategic planning processes.
  • Deliver monthly management reporting, dashboards, and variance analysis while providing actionable insights to the business to support strategic objectives.
  • Prepare presentations that synthesize complex financial information into clear narratives.
  • Develop, maintain and improve dynamic financial models to support scenario planning, business cases and investment decisions.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the Corporate Leadership Team, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive scalability.
  • Drive improvements in financial systems, tools and processes to enhance accuracy, scalability and automation.
  • Complete timely submission of deposits and ACH reports to financial institutions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business needs. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA Preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance or related analytical roles.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing financial processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel, financial modeling, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with large ERP and FP&A/CPM tools.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
