House Engineering Manager -Cloud Diagrams

• →Proven experience leading an engineering team (typically 5+ engineers) in a delivery-focused environment (3+ Years)
• →Past experience as a software engineer for at least 5+ years.
• →Strong hands-on technical background with the ability to review code, guide design decisions, and dive deep when needed.
• →Experience owning delivery and execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release readiness.
• →AI-Driven mindset, defaulting to AI while ensuring quality and consistency 
• →Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and grow engineers through regular feedback and performance management.
• →Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business context into clear technical direction for the team.
• →Experience working in a SaaS, cloud-native, or distributed systems environment.

Technical Experience

• →Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (backend services, APIs, real-time systems).
• →Deep understanding of modern web architecture, including SPA frameworks, client-server communication patterns, and browser performance considerations.
• →Solid experience designing and operating systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• →Practical experience with Kubernetes (K8s), including cluster architecture, workload orchestration, and production troubleshooting.
• →Strong understanding of cloud networking fundamentals, including:
• →VPCs, subnets, routing tables
• →Load balancers and ingress controllers
• →Security groups and firewall rules
• →DNS and service discovery
• →Clear understanding of network plumbing across clouds and VPCs, including:
• →Cross-cloud connectivity patterns
• →Peering, private links, VPNs, and hybrid networking
• →Identity and access boundaries across providers
• →Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or similar.
• →Good understanding of React (complex state management, performance optimization, large-scale front-end applications).
• →Understanding of distributed systems concepts including consistency, availability, observability, and fault tolerance.
• →Strong knowledge of system reliability, performance tuning, and production incident management.
