Live Sales Prep Associate

Dolls Kill is a global fashion brand known for bold self-expression, alternative culture, immersive retail, and trend-driven fashion. As our Live Sales and social commerce business continues to expand, we’re building a strong backstage production team to support high-energy livestream shopping experiences across platforms including Whatnot and TikTok Live.

The Live Sales Prep Associate is responsible for preparing product, organizing show materials, supporting backstage operations, and ensuring livestreams are fully set up for success before going live. This role is highly operational and detail-oriented, supporting the overall efficiency, presentation, and flow of the live sales environment. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, is highly organized and proactive, and enjoys working behind the scenes within fashion, production, and live commerce.

● Prepare merchandise and show materials prior to livestreams
● Organize product racks, sizing, accessories, and show flow for hosts and curators
● Steam, tag, fold, organize, and stage merchandise for on-air presentation
● Assist with set preparation, backstage organization, and operational readiness
● Support product movement between inventory, styling, curation, and live sales areas
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and backstage workspaces
● Assist with inventory pulls, replenishment, returns, and post-show reset
● Work closely with hosts, curators, fulfillment, production, and merchandising teams
● Ensure products are presentation-ready and organized for efficient live execution
● Troubleshoot backstage operational needs during live programming
● Support additional operational and production tasks as needed

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
● Retail, operations, inventory, merchandising, backstage, or production experience preferred

● Strong sense of urgency and time management
● Team player with strong communication skills
● Comfortable standing, lifting, steaming, organizing, and moving product throughout shifts
● Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and event-based scheduling
● Interest in fashion, styling, live production, or social commerce is a plus
