About the Role
~2 min readWe're hiring an Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations to help manage Dasher supply and delivery quality across Canadian markets. This role sits at the intersection of operational execution and marketplace health, and is accountable for ensuring the right number of quality Dashers are available to meet demand reliably across geographies and conditions.
You will translate company and regional goals into clear supply strategies, balancing Dasher acquisition, mobilization, and retention to maintain a healthy and high-performing supply base. Your work will require a sharp understanding of what drives Dasher behavior and engagement, and how to design programs that attract and retain quality Dashers at the right time and place.
Success in this role means building and managing supply frameworks that consistently meet demand while maintaining strong delivery quality, even as market conditions, seasonality, and external factors shift. You will lead structured analyses to identify supply gaps, diagnose root causes, and drive durable improvements in coverage and quality across geographies.
