The Sales Enablement team at SevenRooms sits at the intersection of Go-To-Market strategy and frontline execution. We exist to make our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams more effective — faster to ramp, better positioned, and consistently operating at a high standard. Through close partnerships across the GTM organization and with Product and Product Marketing, we design and deliver enablement programs that improve performance, accelerate revenue, and ensure our teams are equipped to deliver an exceptional experience to hospitality operators worldwide.
About the Role
~2 min readAs Manager of Sales Enablement, you will own and lead the enablement function across our full GTM organization — including Sales, Customer Success, and Support. You will set the enablement strategy, build and manage a team of enablement specialists, and serve as a key cross-functional partner to GTM leaders and senior stakeholders.
This is a player-coach role with broad scope: you will both lead the team and roll up your sleeves to design programs, develop content, and drive adoption. You will be responsible for onboarding and ramp programs, ongoing skill development, GTM readiness for product launches, playbook development, and building the systems and processes that help our revenue teams perform consistently and confidently.
You will act as the connective tissue between the field and the business — surfacing insights from frontline teams, identifying gaps in messaging, skills, or process, and translating them into scalable programs that drive measurable improvement. You'll own the enablement roadmap, align it to revenue priorities, and report on impact.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. Your work will directly shape how effectively DoorDash's go-to-market teams engage customers, win deals, and grow long-term relationships with hospitality operators.
- You are passionate about building high-performing GTM teams and know that great enablement is the force multiplier behind consistent execution.
- You thrive in a player-coach capacity — excited to both lead and manage a team and get into the details of content, programs, and field readiness.
- You want to own the full enablement strategy for a fast-growing business unit, with real influence over how Sales, CS, and Support show up in market.
- You are energized by cross-functional partnership — working closely with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and CS to translate strategy into practice.
- You enjoy building infrastructure: playbooks, onboarding curricula, certification programs, feedback loops, and the processes that make enablement scalable.
- You are data-driven and care deeply about measuring the impact of your programs on ramp time, win rates, retention, and expansion.
- You want to work in hospitality tech — a space where the stakes are real and the customers are operators who care deeply about their craft.
- You are excited to build and grow a team, coaching enablement specialists and investing in their development.
Requirements
~2 min read- 5–8+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related GTM function — with at least 2 years in a people management or team lead capacity.
- Demonstrated experience building and delivering enablement programs that improved measurable GTM outcomes (ramp speed, win rates, retention, expansion, NPS, or similar).
- Strong understanding of full-cycle SaaS sales and customer success motions, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to build aligned enablement strategies.
- Excellent program design and project management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams with competing timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting to senior leaders and facilitating live training sessions.
- Experience with enablement and GTM tooling: CRM (Salesforce), conversation intelligence (Gong), LMS or enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle, or similar).
- Ability to analyze data and build business cases for enablement investments.
- A builder's mindset — comfortable in ambiguity, energized by creating structure where little exists.
- Experience in vertical SaaS, hospitality, or SMB/mid-market GTM environments is a plus.
