Dozee is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage client support, project execution, and reporting operations. The role involves handling end-to-end project management, preparing clinical and technical reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting teams via HubSpot and other tools. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and expertise in operations, CRM systems, and Advanced Excel. This is a full-time, on-site role (5 days/week).

  • Support the virtual command center team that escalates health alerts to hospitals and field ops.

  • Assist hospitals and patients with setup process and problem resolution for smooth execution and scaling.

  • Assist with the full operational execution of internal revenue generating compliance platform- Circle health.

  • Coordinate with the field team whenever necessary.

  • Build and manage relationships with nurses and patients.

  • Provide analysis of frequent issues/alerts escalated and support the team in ensuring long time solutions are created to mitigate the same.

  • Educational Qualification - PUC/Diploma.

  • Minimum 4-5 years experience.

  • Good communication and presentation skills. Must be able to articulate well.

  • Prior experience of managing teams.

  • Prior experience of setting up operations processes.

  • Must have prior experience of CRM/IVR systems.

  • Should have a reasonable understanding of operations.

  • Should possess business acumen and should be results oriented.
