Cleaning Technician – Azilda/Chelmsford

Dr. Clean Inc. is currently hiring a dependable Cleaning Technician to provide cleaning services at locations in the Azilda and Chelmsford area.

This position is well suited to someone who lives locally, is comfortable working independently, and is looking for consistent part-time hours in the early morning.

Schedule

• Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per day
• Early morning start times
• Work is scheduled seven days per week, including weekends
• Applicants must have consistent and dependable availability

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Clean and sanitize washrooms
• Empty garbage and recycling containers
• Wipe and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas
• Clean common areas and other assigned spaces
• Restock cleaning and washroom supplies when required
• Follow site-specific cleaning instructions
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely
• Report supply shortages, maintenance concerns, or site issues
• Complete all assigned cleaning tasks within the scheduled time

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow cleaning procedures and instructions
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as bending, lifting, reaching, and standing
• Able to reliably travel to the assigned work location for early morning shifts
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is an asset, but training may be provided
