  • The Server is responsible for greeting and serving food and/or beverages to patrons while creating a warm atmosphere for our guests and building a culture of teamwork.
  • Provide prompt, friendly attention to guests upon seating; greet warmly and distribute menus.
  • Fill water glasses and assist guests with menu questions and recommendations.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders.
  • Enter orders into the POS system and communicate any special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen.
  • Assemble and deliver food from appropriate service stations as needed.
  • Serve meals by course, placing dishes correctly for each guest.
  • Check back regularly to ensure guest satisfaction; refill beverages and replenish table items as needed.
  • Clear soiled dishes promptly throughout the meal.
  • Suggest and serve desserts, coffee, and after-dinner beverages.
  • Prepare, verify, and present guest checks accurately, including applicable taxes and charges.
  • Process cash and credit card payments in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining room, and service stations.
  • Notify a supervisor promptly of any guest concerns or complaints.
  • Complete assigned side work, clean-up, and closing duties.
  • Attend pre-shift meetings as requested.
  • Follow daily closeout and tip reporting procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old by their first day of employment.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • 1-year of food service experience preferred.
  • Required to take a Learn2Serve Training for Alcohol, Food Handling and Tobacco prior to or within 30 days of employment.
  • Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 30 lbs. frequently, and 10 lbs. constantly.
  • Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
  • Minimum availability to work 3 full 8-hour shifts, MUST include either Saturday or Sunday.
  • Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, including the restaurant/lounge and on-course areas. Team members may be exposed to hot surfaces, sharp utensils, moving equipment, cleaning materials, and varying weather conditions. Adhering to safety protocols is essential to prevent injuries from environmental and equipment hazards.
