Wild Spring Dunes will be a premier public golf resort and refuge where world-class golf meets unparalleled accommodations and homesites. Featuring two expertly routed courses with plans for a short course and practice center, our resort offers a diverse and comprehensive golfing experience. Wild Spring Dunes is located in historic East Texas, two hours from both Dallas and Houston and 25 minutes from nearby Nacogdoches.

Position Summary:

At Wild Spring Dunes, our Valet Attendants are responsible for providing seamless transportation and parking services throughout the resort. Attendants assist guests by parking and retrieving vehicles, as well as shuttling them between the clubhouse, lodging areas, golf practice facilities, dining venues, and other key locations on the property. Strong communication skills are essential, valet attendants regularly interact with guests, answering questions, offering directions, and ensuring each visitor feels welcomed and well-informed. To deliver an exceptional guest experience, valet staff are expected to maintain a solid understanding of Wild Spring Dunes, its amenities, and services, as well as general knowledge of the surrounding area.

Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.

Greet guests warmly and professionally.

Handle all vehicles with care and attention.

Inspect for damages before and after parking.

Maintain an organized and efficient parking area.

Work quickly, especially during busy periods.

Assist guests in loading and unloading their luggage and/or golf equipment.

Maintain knowledgeable conversation with customers and assist them with directions when necessary.

Answer guests’ questions in a polite and gentle manner

Maintain constant communication with the dispatcher or manager

Obey all traffic rules and regulations while operating.

Dress in a neat and professional manner adhering to the uniform guidelines.

The Attendant is also expected to possess exceptional customer service skills to be able to relate effectively with his/her guests.

The very nature of this job requires interaction with different kinds of people.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Candidates must be able to work in highly demanding environment. Also, he/she must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining their composure.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving history is necessary to be a Valet Attendant.

Confident in operating automatic and manual vehicles.

A good knowledge of traffic rules and regulations

Candidates must be willing to work flexible shifts. In addition, he/she must be comfortable working weekends, festive periods.
