Equity Index Voice Trader

• →Price, negotiate, and execute listed equity index options transactions across global markets.
• →Build and maintain relationships with brokers, institutional counterparties and liquidity providers.
• →Identify relative value, volatility, and macro-driven trading opportunities.
• →Actively manage option portfolios, including delta, gamma, vega, and other risk exposures.
• →Monitor market developments, economic events, and volatility regimes that influence equity index options markets.
• →Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to improve pricing models, execution tools, and trading workflows.
• →Provide feedback on trading systems, analytics, and risk management tools to drive continuous improvement.
• →Contribute new trading ideas and strategies that enhance the team's performance.
• →Maintain disciplined risk management while operating in highly competitive markets.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience trading listed equity index options.
• Strong understanding of:
• Equity index options pricing
• Volatility surfaces and term structure
• Greeks and options risk management
• Market microstructure and execution
• Global listed derivatives markets
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in fast-moving markets.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage risk responsibly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
