Your key responsibilities * Assisting with maintenance, fault finding, and repair of mechanical systems * Learning how to interpret engineering drawings * Gaining experience with plant equipment * Working safely in line with health, safety, and quality standards * Contributing to continuous improvement activities * Assist in Execution of safety, food safety and quality controls in adherence with site procedures. You bring Prospective applicants will need to have or attain five passes at National 5 (including English), together with attainment or predicted to have attained two Higher qualifications by August 2026: one of which is to be Physics or Maths. Current and/or predicted Higher grades must be at level C or above.
