Lead Expert D&T Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

Job Title: Lead Expert D&T Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Location: Geneva, Switzerland As a Lead Expert D&T Manufacturing Execution System, you will be accountable for the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of MES (Manufacturing Executed System) solutions tailored to the needs of (mainly) cosmetics & food manufacturing facilities. This role requires a thorough understanding of the solution's capabilities, along with a proven history of technically coordinating initiatives that span 6-12 months in parallel. Your key responsibilities * Lead the MES technology guideline based on the selected product capabilities (Siemens Op-center Process). * Developing and implementing domain goals (function blocks) aligned with the respective project scopes. * Ensuring processes to track progress towards technical implementation and effectively communicating feature implementations to future users. * Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations related to manufacturing area and software development. You bring * Bachelor’s degree in computer science. * 10 years’ experience in the Manufacturing Execution System and Fine Chemicals Industry. * 5 years managing his/her domain of expertise in an international environment. * Ability to implement scoping definition and to organize tasks / activities into a logical sequence. * Ability to manage external contributors and assess quality of work. * Ability to manage and oversee the performance of internal and remote IS resources. * Ability to develop his/her and team skillset to support the solution within the enterprise.
