Job Title: Lead Specialist GES S2P Invoice to Pay Location: Hyderabad, India The Lead Specialist – GES S2P Invoice to Pay plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoice processing within the end‑to‑end Purchase‑to‑Pay (P2P) lifecycle. This role supports business continuity by maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring first‑time‑right invoice handling, and contributing to continuous process improvement within a global ERP‑driven environment. Your key responsibilities: * Verify invoices for completeness and accuracy, including account assignment and international VAT compliance. * Perform invoice matching against purchase orders and post invoices in SAP. * Manage vendor open items, blocked invoices, and resolution activities in coordination with front‑office teams. * Initiate and organize invoice payments in line with internal controls and timelines. * Participate in quarterly intercompany matching activities using SAP SEM. * Support continuous improvement across the Purchase‑to‑Pay process by identifying and resolving structural issues and advising the Team Lead. You bring: * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related discipline. * 3–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Purchase‑to‑Pay operations. * Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Purchase‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes. * Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP (preferred) and invoice processing workflows. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. * Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams and resolve vendor queries effectively.
