Position: Regulatory Affairs Expert 1 (São Paulo – Faria Lima)

As a Regulatory Affairs Expert 1, you will support the future of animal nutrition by contributing to regulatory activities that ensure product compliance and facilitate market access across the region.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare regulatory submissions, maintain product registrations, and support compliance initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your regulatory expertise, gain exposure to regional markets, and contribute to the successful commercialization of innovative feed solutions.
This position is part of the Solutions (SolCo) business within the Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) division. SolCo is one of the two independent entities that will be established following the divestment of the ANH business to CVC Capital Partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Organize and request the documentation required for product registrations across Latin American countries.
* Maintain and communicate Regulatory Affairs updates and requirements with cross-functional teams.
* Provide regulatory support to key business functions, including Innovation, Marketing, Sales, Formulation, Supply Chain, Import, and Export.
* Support local audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance assessments conducted by authorities across the region.
* Contribute to and lead Regulatory Affairs projects involving formula changes, manufacturing site transfers, and new product launches.
* Support regional regulatory strategies for product approvals across Latin American countries, ensuring alignment with business objectives and commercial priorities.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Agronomy, Biochemistry, or a related field.
* Experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably within the animal nutrition, animal feed, or feed additives industry.
* Intermediate proficiency in both English and Spanish.
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with regulatory authorities and government agencies.
* Proactive mindset with excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build positive cross-functional relationships and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
