Your key responsibilities * Support execution of core Talent, Culture and Learning activities (e.g., surveys, mentoring, learning initiatives); * Assist in project coordination and stakeholder communication across global teams; * Help prepare insights, presentations and dashboards for leadership discussions; * Contribute to ongoing critical organizational change initiatives; * Learn and gain exposure to strategic people topics including employee listening, capability building and culture transformation.
