Why DTE
DTE is not building another incremental industrial tool. We are solving a fundamental blind spot in one of the world’s largest industries: metals producers cannot optimize what they cannot measure in real time.
Our technology creates the foundation for real-time process control, industrial AI, higher recycling rates, lower emissions, and eventually autonomous metals manufacturing. As DTE enters a major scale-up phase, employees joining now will have a direct influence on the product, technology platform, and future direction of the industry.
DTE’s core values are purpose, excellence, and empowerment. We are looking for people who are driven, resilient, ambitious, and motivated by building technology with real industrial impact.
The application deadline is the 20th of July 2026.
We encourage people of all genders to apply and look forward to receiving your application.
