We’re looking for a Senior Devops Engineer who expects more from their career. This role is a chance to work with new technologies; build critical infrastructure as code for our commercial and internal applications, powered by our world class data science. It’s an opportunity to join a dynamic and talented team, focused on allowing you to best utilise your skills and showcase your abilities. As a Devops Engineer at dunnhumby, you will join an agile team contributing to and maintaining our cloud infrastructure as code, CI / CD pipelines, and working alongside other experienced professionals to deliver our software products. You will be well presented, self-motivated and have a clear passion for creating high quality code and systems. You will seek out areas to automate and drive continuous improvements to our software development life cycle.

• Degree in a relevant subject
• 6+ years of experience in Devops.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (preferably Azure or GCP)
• Experience of building Infrastructure as code with Terraform
• Deep understanding of tools in the Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform platform
• 3+ years of experience in Python and other automation languages (Go,.Net Core etc.)
• Skilled building and using automation to implement cloud technologies
• Experience with docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI / CD tools (Octopus, Gitlab, Teamcity)
• Experience designing and implementing cloud solutions using IAAS and PAAS
• Extensive experience with logging, metrics and distributed tracing systems (e.g. Prometheus/Grafana/ElasticSearch/stackdriver logging,GCP alerting and monitoring
