Responsibilities

→Build, develop and own relationships with assigned client contacts and retailer stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to your customers.
→Create and manage account plans, delivery priorities and governance processes to ensure successful client outcomes.
→Translate insights, analytics and customer understanding into compelling recommendations and presentations that drive action and measurable business impact.
→Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through upsell, cross-sell and renewal activities.
→Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences.
→Coach and support junior team members, contributing to team capability development and collaborative success.
→Drive customer-first thinking while balancing commercial objectives and client priorities.

Experience managing supplier, brand or CPG client relationships within a retail-facing, consulting, category management or insights environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills that influence decision-making at multiple levels.
Commercial awareness and a track record of helping clients achieve growth and business objectives.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting the development of colleagues.
